Playing ball in the church gym. The family has gotten so big we had Thanksgiving at a church near Jason's parents home.

Wardrobe Malfunction

This is where his diaper fell off...

So he went up the stairs, down the hall running from me-

Update

Looking out the window today.

Post haircut- I forgot to take my camera into the salon.

Before haircut, climbing on the magazine rack and grinning for the camera.

Well, haven't blogged for a while. Wyatt has been sick for over a week. I thought he was getting better over the weekend and then he got sick again so we've been to the Dr. twice! Just a few random pics. I think I liked hair better before it was cut though!

The Dizz on my B-day

I love Briana's expression of delight. She thinks I look like a puppy dog.

Briana, Mom and Wyatt right before entering the park.

So we went to Disneyland this past weekend. I have very few pics because my camera battery died! (Which may have been a good thing considering how icky I look). I would highly recommend taking at least two days to do the Dizz as one day was not long enough. It's very frustrating to be stuck in a line for what feels like eternity when you only have one day to try to fit everything in. I guess I am just too moody for Disneyland...

Halloween movies

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqT9edmTGNU- this is a hilarious clip from Young Frankenstein.
Best Halloween movies: Sweeney Todd, Young Frankenstein, Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Rosemary's Baby, and Wait Until Dark. Any other suggestions? Please comment.

Patch of Moon

Believe it or not there are advantages to being up in the wee hours (about 4 a.m.) and having your blinds back ordered for six weeks. I brought Wyatt out to the family room to rock him, and the moon was so bright and full that the light came through the window. He crawled down onto this perfect patch of moonlight with his blanket and just sat there. Since it's kind of hard to photograph a moment like that I thought I'd share it so I could remember how beautiful it was.

In The Drawer Again

This is Wyatt's new favorite thing. He pulls the drawer out, climbs in and sits there very pleased with himself.

Pumpkin Patch

What is cooler than a bunch of pumpkins in the autumn? We made our first trip to a nearby pumpkin patch to get out and enjoy the weather. It also happened to be the day that all the preschoolers come and visit too so Wyatt had a good time watching the little kids run around and pick out pumpkins. We even ran into Aunt Elizabeth (Jason's sister) which was fun!

Fishing & First Steps

We took a drive up to Strawberry to look at the awesome fall colors in the canyon and do a little fishing. Jason caught a fish and I chased Wyatt around. He's been taking steps on his own this past week and it won't be long now until he's walking! Whoa.

Homecoming

Briana went to the Homecoming dance on Saturday. She and her friends looked cute. P.S. Thank you Crystal H. for doing such an awesome job on her makeup!

Survivor

Survivor starts this Thursday from 7:00-9:00, as well as The Office at 8:00, 2 of my favorite shows. I know I'm a geek but I'm excited about it! So I thought I would post a reminder for everyone to watch! (Thank goodness for DVR...)

New Home

This is our new home. We want to thank the people that helped us move, especially Jeff Brown, our brother-in-law. He went above and beyond helping Jason with the majority of the big stuff that first night. The following day several members of Jason's family and my Mom and brother Chris helped us and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Family is so important- we don't know where we'd be without you. We love you!

In Memory of Sweet Baby Jade

Jade was a sweet and loving girl, who liked nothing better than snuggling up with you. She loved to chase after Gus when I'd take them to the field to run around. She liked to play fight with Gus, and always looked so cute standing on her hind legs begging. Wyatt loved her and she was so good to play with him. I will miss her so much. She was my sweet baby Jade.

Family Portraits

It's only taken about six or seven years but we finally had new family portraits taken! Crystal did a great job. I love Wyatt's expression while sitting on Jason's head pulling his hair.

Goodbye Old Home

We have lived in this home for just over 7 years. It was our first home and we have done a lot with it. We are moving this weekend. I find it is a bittersweet experience as we have had many good memories here. Goodbye old home, and thanks for the memories.

Nine Months Plus

Wyatt just had his nine month check up this week. He weighed 19 lbs 9 oz and measured 30 inches long. He's in the 90th percentile for height and 35th for weight, so he's kind of long and skinny right now. He loves eating all kinds of food, basically anything that we give him he will chow down on. He is super active and cannot be left to his own devices for more than a couple seconds, which makes it a bit difficult to get anything done. He's been crawling on his knees for several weeks and pulling up and climbing around furniture. He loves to open drawers and cabinets and pull out whatever he can find, and splashing in dog water and eating dog food if Mom's not fast enough or forgot and left the food on the floor. For some reason he doesn't like getting his diaper changed and will do all kinds of acrobatics in order to avoid this process. I'm telling you, baby changing should be an Olympic sport! At least with babies like him.
