Otis and Charlie
It's late but I wanted to add some photos of our new additions real quick! Two! 11 week old Standard Poodle brothers Otis and Charlie. They are sooo soft and lovable.
I intended to get one, but I thought a pair would be even better. Maybe I'm crazy, but they keep each other company so there won't be any of that puppy crying at night!
I need to go to sleep, it has been a very busy day.
P.S. Also thrilled to have new sod in front yard. Yes!

June 16
Spring has been good! Lots of rain, I love the rain but even better if it's mixed in with some sunshine.
We are in the process of getting our front yard in. We've gotten threatening letters from the city that if we don't have our yard in by a certain time we'll be fined- nice! It's probably a good thing though for people who leave their yards in weeds for some reason. We should have the sod in this week, and next week the fence will be started. Looking forward to that. Gus will love it. Maybe even get another dog too? Now would be a good time if we do.
Briana is, of course, really enjoying summer and time off from high school. I can't believe she will be a senior this fall! I thought I was so old when I graduated from high school, ha! She has adopted a pet bearded dragon and seems to really like it. She named him Jack. She also has a part-time retail job.
Wyatt loves playing in the yard while his Dad works. He likes to lay flat on the rock next to the little pond and swish his arms in it. (If he's fallen in before Jason hasn't told me). Even though I'm excited for the yard to be done, it's provided so many hours of entertainment I will kind of miss it! But there's still the backyard. I think that's why Jason liked this place. So many projects. It's kind of nice to have a blank slate to work with.
My favorite thing lately too is consignment stores. I've found some really good ones.
Summer officially begins in a couple days. We'll be hitting a family reunion and Lagoon for a little getaway.

Two Slideshows
It took the following two slideshows to get my blog photos caught up. Now I just need to get my scrapbooks and photo albums caught up too. You can kind of see both at the same time if you're good.
I miss little Jade! She was so cute with Wyatt.
